Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RemindXAI ("Service"), a product of SHRIKECO MERCHANT (KT0521946-K), a company registered in Malaysia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users including businesses and enterprises.

2. Description of service

RemindXAI is an AI-powered reminder platform owned and operated by SHRIKECO MERCHANT (KT0521946-K). It allows businesses to create, schedule, and send automated reminder messages to their customers via email and SMS, with WhatsApp support coming soon. The Service uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate personalized messages.

3. Account registration

• • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription and billing

• • A free plan is available with limited features after the 14-day trial ends
• • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• • All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• • You can cancel your subscription anytime through the billing portal
• • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• • SMS and WhatsApp credits are purchased separately and are non-refundable
• • Credits never expire and can be used anytime
• • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use RemindXAI to:

• • Send spam, unsolicited, or harassing messages
• • Send messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• • Violate any applicable laws including PDPA Malaysia
• • Impersonate any person or organization
• • Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• • Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
• • Exceed your plan's reminder limits through technical workarounds

6. Customer data responsibility

You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before uploading their data and sending them reminders. You must comply with PDPA Malaysia and any other applicable data protection laws. SHRIKECO MERCHANT and RemindXAI are not responsible for your compliance with these laws.

7. AI-generated content

RemindXAI uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate reminder messages. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated messages. You may edit all messages before sending.

8. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual property

RemindXAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SHRIKECO MERCHANT (KT0521946-K) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

SHRIKECO MERCHANT and RemindXAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. RemindXAI is a product of SHRIKECO MERCHANT (KT0521946-K), a company duly registered under the laws of Malaysia.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
